Stonefoot Farms Rabbit Sales – Terms & Conditions

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to join our waitlist and reserve a rabbit.
When a litter is sexed (around 5 weeks of age), waitlist members will be contacted in the order deposits were received.
Buyers have 24 hours to choose a rabbit once contacted.
If the desired color/sex is not produced, deposits may be transferred to the next available litter but remain non-refundable.
If Stonefoot Farms cancels the sale before pickup (for example, due to a health concern with the rabbit), all payments will be refunded in full.

Prices are based on sex, color, and quality.
All rabbits come with pedigrees unless otherwise specified at the time of sale.
Payments can be made through our website or via PayPal (business account).
All payments made toward a rabbit, including deposits, are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transport or pickup.
We can hold rabbits beyond the availability date within reason, but arrangements must be agreed upon in advance.
Failure to pick up or arrange transport by the agreed date may result in forfeiture of the rabbit and all payments made.
Once a rabbit leaves our property—whether by in-person pickup or third-party transport—we are no longer responsible for its health, safety, or well-being during transit.
The buyer assumes all risk of injury, illness, or death during transit.

We guarantee that rabbits leave our care healthy to the best of our knowledge.
If a rabbit shows signs of illness within 72 hours of pickup, we require immediate veterinary documentation.
If possible, the rabbit must be returned to us for evaluation.
This guarantee does not cover illness or injury caused by exposure to other animals, improper care, or stress after leaving our property.
We cannot guarantee temperament, grooming tolerance, wool quality, or show performance after the rabbit leaves our care.

We accept returns of rabbits purchased from us, but not at full original purchase price.
The buyer is responsible for transport and all related costs.
We reserve the right of first refusal to purchase our rabbits back if the buyer is no longer able to keep them.
Rabbits may not be resold, rehomed, or bred without first offering them back to Stonefoot Farms.

Sex is determined to the best of our ability before sale, but errors can occur with young rabbits.
Rabbits will not leave Stonefoot Farms before 8 weeks of age.
Buyers are expected to provide proper housing, nutrition, and veterinary care. We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we believe the rabbit’s welfare may be compromised.
Photos provided to Stonefoot Farms by buyers may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
All sales are governed by Missouri law, and any disputes will be resolved in Lawrence County, Missouri.
